Penny is a happy, affectionate girl who is very eager to please. She loves belly rubs and will gladly roll over for attention. Penny enjoys sitting in a chair beside you, but her favorite spot is right in your lap where she can snuggle close. She has a playful side and loves to carry around a stuffed animal like it’s her prize. Penny will drag her dog bed into a sunny spot to enjoy her afternoon naps.

Penny would love to be with her person as much as possible. She bonds closely and enjoys being part of whatever you’re doing. She usually walks well on a leash, though she does get the zoomies and can be bouncy when she’s excited. Because of her playful energy, she will need a fenced yard where she can safely run and burn off that enthusiasm.

Penny is a 2-year-old Boxer mix, born 12/6/2023, and weighs 43 pounds. She is spayed and up to date on vaccinations. Penny is looking for an inside home where she can get plenty of love, playtime, and sunshine.
