Kaya is a beautiful 68 lb hound with a gentle, loving spirit. She is shy with new people, but once she warms up, her sweet personality shines. She’s not a big fan of head pats, but she’ll happily lean in for butt scratches and attention in her own way.

Kaya loves the company of other dogs and is especially patient and playful with puppies—she was a wonderful mom, and it shows! She enjoys car rides, walks, and following you around to see what you’re up to. When it’s mealtime, her classic hound bay comes out—just her way of letting you know dinner can’t come soon enough!

Loyal, gentle, and a little silly, Kaya is ready to bring joy to a family who appreciates her hound charm. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her shots.
